After you’ll have placed your order you'll receive a confirmation with all necessary infos.

4. Problems with your order
If any problems occur, I try to find a quick and fair solution, of course.
5. Purchase of single items / original paintings
Traumorgane offers both paintings of Martin Lang and of other painters. Paintings of other painters are marked with the *-symbol and the conditions for *-paintings are:
Goods
- all painters deliver goods without defects
Contract for sale
You buy the paintings at Traumorgane. Then they will be sent by the painter directly within 5 days after your payment came in.
*-paintings cannot be guaranteed to be available, because artists use to offer them elsewhere for sale. Nevertheless Traumorgane keeps everything updated daily usually.

-Sending with DHL German Post Paket (insured), in suitable package after getting the payment
Important: Shipping costs won’t be calculated automatically. You’ll get an extra invoice including shipping costs. So please wait with your paypal transfer p.r.n.!
Return / Refund
through Traumorgane
- Returning the pic and getting money back due to dissatisfaction (if you don’t like the painting) or due to damage because of transport is not possible, condition as it is (photo, digital), Traumorgane bears no transportation risks
- No right of withdrawal for single items
- Return / Refund only because of wrong delivery or in unopened original packing within 14 days from date of arrival. Please send returns only after personal consultation.
- Buyer bears shipping costs of returns (insured)
- Buyer bears risk of transport of returns
Force Majeure
Due to act of nature the sending could be prevented in absolute exceptions.

Will be delivered to the painter for the purposes of the order process only.
